Skyline – Return & Refund Policy
Customers can request a return or refund within 2 days after receiving the parcel by contacting our support team.
Conditions
1. Return or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests after this time may not be accepted.
2. In case of a return or refund, 20% of the total amount will be deducted.
This deduction covers our operational costs including:
Shipping charges
COD charges
Taxes
Delivery costs
3. The refund process will start only after the parcel is returned and received by our team.
4. Our team will inspect the returned parcel to confirm that the same product and accessories are included and in proper condition.
5. After successful verification, the remaining payment will be refunded to the customer.
Important Notes
If the product is damaged or items are missing, the return or refund may not be approved.
Refunds are processed only after product verification by our team.
